Without prejudice to the provisions of article 15 of the General Conditions of Sale, the European Commission assigns consumers the possibility of resolving disputes online, pursuant to Art. 14 Para. 1 of the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) on one of its platforms. The platform ( http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr ) serves as a place where consumers can try to reach out-of-court settlements on disputes arising from online purchases and service contracts.

Through the ODR platform, the consumer can send a complaint relating to a contract concluded online with and thus activate the online dispute resolution procedure. The trader's email address to be included in the complaint is info@kordinati.com .

All disputes arising from this contract will be referred to the Chamber of Commerce of Arezzo and resolved according to the conciliation rules adopted by the same.

If the Parties intend to appeal to the ordinary judicial authority, the competent Court is that of the place of residence or elective domicile of the Consumer, mandatory pursuant to art. 33, paragraph 2, lett. u) of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
