Right of withdrawal
Every Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from when you or a third party appointed by you has received the product or in the case of purchasing multiple products delivered separately with a single order, you have received the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should inform our company of your decision by accessing the "My returns" page of your account or, if you are not a registered user, by accessing the dedicated page and entering the order number and the email with which you made the purchase. Alternatively, you can send us a message via the contact form on our website or to the email address info@peruzziecommerce.com.
Following the request, you will receive an email confirming the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, containing the return form to be included in the package and the instructions for returning the product. Remember to include the completed return form in the package together with the product and send it, at your expense, no later than 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the confirmation email to:< /p>
If you have received the product, please return it to our company without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 day period has expired. The risks and direct costs for returning the goods, as well as proof of this, will be at your expense. If you choose to exercise the withdrawal through the site using the return service offered by the site, before confirming the withdrawal request you will be shown the transport cost for returning the goods.
If you withdraw you will be refunded the payments you have made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from when our company receives your decision to withdraw. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you request the refund using a different payment method, in which case any additional costs deriving from the different payment method chosen by you will be your responsibility. . The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you demonstrate that you have sent the goods back.
You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, nicks, scratches, deformations), not complete with all their elements and accessories (packaging materials, boxes, documentation and/or other objects contained in the package original), not accompanied by the attached instructions/notes/manuals, the original packages and packaging and the guarantee certificate, where present, you will be liable for the decrease in the value of the goods, and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product . To this end, therefore, we invite you not to manipulate the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same and cover the original packaging of the Products with other protective packaging that preserves its integrity and protects it during transport also by writings or labels.
Returned non-compliant
Any and possible dispute regarding defects found on the goods must be reported by email by the Customer, attaching photos that prove the defect, within eight days of delivery. The return of faulty goods must be agreed between the Customer and M.E.M. Ltd.
Following receipt of the notification of non-conformity and the related documentation, our company will evaluate the non-conformity reported by you and, after having carried out the quality controls aimed at verifying the actual non-conformity of the product, will decide whether to authorize the returning the products by providing you with feedback, containing the "Return Code", via email to the address you provided during the registration process on the Site or when placing the order. The authorization to return the products will in no way constitute recognition of non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained following the return. The products for which our Customer Service has authorized the return must be returned by you, together with a copy of the return authorization communication containing the "Return Code", within 30 (thirty) days of reporting the non-conformity, to our address.
In case of non-conformity, you will have the right to have the product restored to conformity by our company, through repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by the art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
If our company has undertaken to refund you the price paid, the refund will be made, where possible, using the same payment method used by you when purchasing the product or by bank transfer. It will be your responsibility to communicate to our company, always via email to the address info@peruzziecommerce.com, the bank details to make the transfer in your favor and to ensure that our company is put in the position to be able to return the sum due.
